Employee well-being and job satisfaction at Retta Management have been on a strong upward trend, with recent development initiatives making a tangible difference in our employees’ daily lives. Year after year, sick leave rates have decreased, employee commitment has strengthened, and staff turnover has declined. In 2024, voluntary turnover was just 6%, while the sick leave rate stood at 2.3%, significantly below the industry average. At the same time, employee willingness to recommend the company has improved, with an eNPS score of 44 within teams and 27 for the entire company. These figures highlight that our employees feel valued, engaged, and happy at work.
Our commitment to continuous improvement has paid off on a broader scale as well. Retta Management was recognized for its outstanding employee experience when Eezy Flow awarded us the Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces recognition, with the highest ranking improvement in the large employers’ category. This is a significant achievement that underscores how our investments in workplace well-being and company culture are yielding tangible benefits. Thanks to our dedicated and skilled employees, we have not only met our HR and cultural goals but also improved customer satisfaction, driven business growth, and systematically enhanced profitability.
A well-functioning and motivated workforce does not happen by chance—it requires ongoing commitment and development. In recent years, we have implemented deliberate improvements, particularly in leadership, management practices, and HR processes. We have strengthened core organizational processes, clarified roles and operational models, and modernized tools to enhance efficiency and streamline daily work. Leadership development and skills management have been key priorities, ensuring our employees have the support and opportunities they need to grow and excel in their roles.
At the same time, we have focused on strengthening our company culture. Transparent communication, employee empowerment, and active involvement in development projects have been crucial in fostering a sense of community and commitment. We want every employee to clearly understand our company’s values, desired culture, and future vision. Additionally, we have supported flexible and hybrid work options to help employees balance their professional and personal lives effectively.
Our journey doesn’t stop here—we are committed to continuously improving as a workplace. This year, we will place special focus on the well-being of our specialist employees, with a particular emphasis on brain health. Our goal is to ensure that every team member has the best possible conditions to succeed in their work while maintaining a high quality of life. We firmly believe that a healthy and engaged workforce is the key to Retta Management’s long-term success, and we are excited to continue this journey together into the future!
