Retta and Cobblestone merge to form a leading player in Nordic property management. Together they will be called INNA.
Retta Group is one of the leading property management service companies in Finland and Sweden. Cobblestone Property Management is a well-established property management company in Denmark. Both companies are serving institutional and private real estate investors. They have a combined turnover of approximately 77 million euros, and they employ more than 800 property management professionals in 19 locations across Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
– With the merger, we aim to build the leading and most integrated property management platform in the Nordics, states Kari Virta, CEO of Retta.
– We have recognized that both international and local customers in the Nordics need a strong partner that offers consistent, customer-focused premium service across the markets. They expect unified service and the ability to develop data-driven services in particular. The merger will bring us more development resources, and both organizations and customers will benefit from shared expertise and best practices, Kari Virta says.
– Cobblestone has carefully assessed several strategic options in the Nordic market. With Retta, we found a partner where our views about service development, corporate culture and values are aligned, says Ashkan Ahmadinia, CEO of Cobblestone.

The group will be named INNA. The brand will be implemented in all three countries during the spring.
INNA’s management team will consist of Group CEO Kari Virta as well as Managing Directors Minna Toiviainen (Finland), Cecilia Nilsson (Sweden), and Ashkan Ahmadinia (Denmark). The group’s main owner is private equity firm Adelis.
INNA’s Board of Directors represents impressive experience, knowledge and vision both in Nordic property management and business strategy: Magnus Meyer (Chair), Patrik Attemark, Rasmus Juul-Nyholm, Rasmus Molander and John-Matias Uuttana.
