CapMan Real Estate and Retta Management Expand Their Partnership – Introducing a New Nordic Rental Housing Brand, Leona

CapMan Real Estate is expanding the management of its residential property funds by increasingly entrusting them to Retta Management. The partnership deepens as two new residential funds are transferred under Retta Management’s oversight. As a result, Retta Management will now be responsible for the technical and administrative property management, leasing services, and financial management of more than 4000 residential units across CapMan Real Estate’s managed funds.

Leona – A New Nordic Rental Housing Brand

At the heart of the expanded collaboration is CapMan Real Estate’s new Nordic rental housing brand, Leona. Leona offers a comprehensive range of services designed to make everyday life smoother for its residents. These include the convenient MyLeona resident app, a Leona Plus benefits program, and Leona Flex, a service enabling flexible apartment changes.

The new brand is the result of CapMan Real Estate’s vision for resident-centric, modern living combined with Retta Management’s strong experience in residential property administration and digital service development.

The app is designed to further simplify residents’ everyday lives, bringing together key housing services, communication, and community functions into one place—enabling smooth and comfortable living.
