Retta Management’s Valuation and Consulting team is now stronger than ever and ready to serve across Finland. With nearly a hundred years of combined valuation experience and a commitment to continuous development, our team is a reliable and capable partner. Our strengths lie in deep market knowledge, broad expertise, and strong local insight. We carry out both demanding and specialized property valuations and consulting assignments with reliability.
Our team was strengthened earlier this year with the addition of Håkan Danielsson, who is responsible for valuations in the Pirkanmaa region. In the spring, Tero Virtanen became Head of Valuation and now leads the unit from Helsinki. In the Uusimaa region, he works alongside Antti Ravea and Niklas Österman. Marianne Halinen is responsible for valuations in the Turku region and also serves as team lead. In the Lahti area, our seasoned professional Juha Kirvesmies provides expert services, while in Kuopio, Jussi Autio is our local expert.
Our Valuation and Consulting team also includes a dynamic trio of analysts: Veera Lehvonen as Analyst, and Erkka Hirvonen and Okan Yüzlü as Junior Analysts. The team is further supported by Real Estate Analyst Anton Takkavuori, whose insightful market expertise is a key part of our overall capabilities.
